Dynamics, be gone!

Violently strip any sound of it's natural dynamics and force it to a constant level! (and maybe reapply the original dynamics after the fact, just for kicks…)

Utilizes a combination of upward and downward volume compensation to ensure any audio above the input threshold stays at the specified output level.
